Summer Scholar Program
Information letters were sent home this week for parents going over the Summer Scholar program. If you have any questions about the program please reach out to our LAP team!
Staff Meeting Reminder
Per the agenda and the calendar reminder to the right of this page, we will continue work on student placement. I have created class lists based on the information you provided. I have also included a tally sheet for each new class so you can see balance across the various criteria. We can all come together quickly for passing the awards along and getting directions for student placement. The remainder of the time will be dedicated to student placement revisions. (5/10)
Computer Carts During Testing Season
UPDATE: The third cart will be used by our PATH classrooms for testing this week. (5/8/16)
A testing schedule has been created to allow for student use during testing season. Please remember to have all chromebooks plugged in and charging overnight and whenever not in use. The chromecarts need to be in the testing classroom 20 minutes before testing is to start to troubleshoot. Lastly, some chromebooks are not useable for testing because the settings have been changed and restarted while in testing mode: these chromebooks need to be taken out of testing mode, settings changed, then put back into testing mode (by district). This process takes DAYS, please be VIGILANT with the supervision of student use of Chromebooks, especially during testing season. (5/3)

- Have your grade level criteria for awarding academic growth and character of motivation to Stephen ASAP
- Have award names for academic growth and character to Stephanie by May 18.
- Cathy and Stephanie will have all awards printed out and in your boxes for your review on May 25. (5/2)
